By accessing and using MockupGen ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
MockupGen is an online service that creates product mockups from user-uploaded designs. Our service includes:
- Mockup generation for various products
- Design upload and management tools
- Mockup customization and download options
- User account management and billing
To use our service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:
- Upload content that violates intellectual property rights
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our service
- Use automated tools to access our service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use our service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
Your Content
You retain ownership of all designs and content you upload to our service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and generate mockups from your designs.
Generated Mockups
You own the mockups generated from your designs and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.
Our Service
Our service, including all software, algorithms, and technology, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains our property.
Pricing
Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating mockups. Pricing is subject to change with notice.
Payment
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
Refunds
Credits are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues.
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
- Experience temporary outages due to technical issues
- Modify or discontinue features with notice
- Suspend service for violations of these terms
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MockupGen shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or technical issues
- Third-party actions or content
- Damages exceeding the amount paid for the service
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
- You may delete your account at any time
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- Termination does not affect your ownership of generated mockups
- Certain provisions survive termination
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.
